The inner conflict around I want to be visible but I don't want to be really seen has stirred up a lot of confusion in your head, left many of you feeling overwhelmed even before you take any actions to build your dream life, and thrown your nervous system into chaos.

Social media wants you to create so people will “see” you..
I think it's a lot more interesting to create from a lens of: "do I see me?"..”Am I visible to me?”
The feeling is completely different.
One lens says: Can you see me?
This is where content starts to lose the magic..it's engineered, manipulated, controlled, performative..
There's no aliveness because everything is focused on: "Will they like this? Will it land? What do people want from me? How do I say this perfectly?"
This lens removes the art of creation..the feeling dips, the frequency disperses, the energy drains..and you wonder why it falls flat.
The other lens says: I see me. I am visible to me. I am visible to the universe.
From here everything is possible..
From here you don't need to be anything or anyone other than all that you are..
From here you get to ask questions like: "What do I love? What art can I share? What excites me to talk about? What makes me come alive..."
When you no longer “need” to be seen, your energy stops trying to pull people in..
You stop reaching.. You start holding..
This changes everything.
Because you are now allowing yourself to be truly visible. When you understand the very core of who you are, your energy amplifies all that you are…and being visible is effortless.
There is no "trying" to be… you just are…
Day by day, moment by moment, edge by edge, you grow, you create, you expand..
You become the one and the world responds accordingly…
The world can only reflect what you're willing to hold…
If you want to be truly visible, hold something worth seeing and let it be yours...
Because the element of visibility is not about performing to be liked or to please the eyes of others or maintain an image to keep up to with the projections of the society.
It is not about proving or fitting in!
It is about that radiance of energy that cannot be missed, that cannot be ignored, that cannot be forgotten.
It is the energy and elements that always get others to turn their heads as you keep walking forward and build your own road!
